Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes and delivery anywhere in Canada. The total is shown before you confirm your order.

Ordering and confirmation

You can review and correct your order before confirming it. After ordering you get an order number you can use to follow its status on this site.

Timing

Orders are printed within 1–2 business days and delivered in about 5 days within Canada. If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you may cancel it for a refund.

Custom products

Every case is made from your photo for your model, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please double-check your model before ordering.

Defects and mistakes

If your case arrives defective, misprinted or for the wrong model by our mistake, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it free of charge or refund you. This does not limit your rights under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

Photos

You confirm you have the right to use the photo you upload. We may refuse an image that is illegal, hateful or infringes someone else’s rights, and refund you in that case.
