How long does an online order take?
We print your order within 1–2 business days and it arrives anywhere in Canada in about 5 days. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Are taxes and shipping really included?
Yes. The price you see is the final price, including delivery anywhere in Canada.
What photo works best?
A sharp, portrait (vertical) photo of at least 1200 × 2400 pixels. The preview warns you if your photo is too small.
How do I find my phone model?

Are the cases MagSafe compatible?
Yes, our iPhone and Samsung cases have a built-in magnetic ring that works with MagSafe chargers and accessories.
Can I return a custom case?
Because every case is made for you, we can’t take cases back for a change of mind. If your case arrives defective, misprinted or for the wrong model by our mistake, we replace it free of charge.
